Artist's Description
Oleander 'Harriet Newding' is very unusual; single; broad parchment-white petals with a deep red streak running along the middle of each one and a scattering of additional red dots. Medium-sized shrub, quite cold-tolerant. Probably a natural hybrid of Ed Barr and Hardy Red.
